In March, BILORA was awarded the environmental DIN EN ISO 14001:2015 certificate.
Babtec
We have been using Babtec since 1999 to schedule and handle our quality checcks. Edition R6.15.3.1 is currently used. In the course of continuous improvement, downstream processes are now also planned and monitored via Babtec.
We are currently using Babtec CAQ for quality checks in incoming and outgoing goods as well as for continuous production testing. For this purpose, quality check planning is carried out and subsequent statistical evaluations are called up.
Test equipment management, complaint processing with integrated action management and internal audits are also implemented with Babtec CAQ. Supplier evaluation is carried out using a fully integrated supplier cockpit.
Investment in new EDM – wire cutting
In order to maintain highest mold quality standards, we have invested in a brandnew EDM wire cutting machine
Expansion 1.500 kN injection molding press
An additional 1.500kN injection molding press has been installed in September. The machine is equiped with a handling system.

Replacement of old presses
End of march two Wittmann-Battenfeld injection-molding machines have been installed with clamping forces of 600kN and 900kN. Both machines are equiped with handling robots.
Investment in CNC Milling Machine
For our tool shop, an investment is made in a state of the art CNC machining center. Max. work area is 1.000 x 560 x 600 mm.
